  The Supreme Court ordered the trial court to decide within two months the accused who were involved in taking Sofia Mirza's girls out of the country. A three-member commission headed by Justice Tariq Masood was looking into the case.

 At the hearing, lawyer Sofia Mirza took the position that the two-year-old girls were taken abroad on fake passports, the ex-husband enlisted the help of fake parents to transport the girls, the court rejected the accused's request to send the passport to the court of first instance. .


 Justice Sardar Tariq Masood observed that the passport may be lost in the trial court, the passport will remain safe in the Supreme Court. The court ordered the accused Sadaf Naz to approach the Supreme Court for a passport at the end of the trial. The matter was settled by directing him to go to court and remove his name from the ECL.
